Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (DEP)

OMNI RSFs are an Innovative/Alternative septic onsite technology approved in accordance with Title 5 by the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) for the following uses:

• General Use Approval - As Per Title 5

• General Use Approval Nitrogen Reduction (550 gal/day/acre) - As Per Title 5

• Remedial Use Approval

• Piloting Approval Nitrogen Reduction (660 gal/day/acre)

Local Regulations

Check with your local Board of Health for any additional Innovative/Alternative Technology Maintenance and Testing Regulations.
