Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (DEP)  

OMNI RSFs are an Innovative/Alternative septic technology approved by the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) for the following uses:

  • General Use Approval - As Per Title V
  • General Use Approval Nitrogen Reduction (550 gal/acre) - As Per Title V
  • Remedial Use Approval
  • Piloting Approval Nitrogen Reduction (660 gal/acre)
