Installation Requirements
The electrician is required to accomplish the following tasks.
Mount control panel on 2" X 10"Pressure Treated board (outside mounting only). If it is preferred, the control panel can also be mounted inside as well. We suggest mounting the control panel to a piece of plywood away from the foundation.
Furnish and install 1-¼" Conduit to pipe from the junction box to the control panel, and from the junction box to the Recirculation Tank.
Cut off the plugs on all float switches and pump in order to make all electrical connections in junction box. The float switches will be labeled (L= Low, M=Medium, H=High and P=Pump).
Next, snake seven (7) 12 gauge wires through the conduit coming from the control panel to the junction box. (See color schematic). Four of these wires will be for the float switches and three of the wires will be for the pump.
Connect all "Hot" wires in the control panel (Using a Circuit Breaker for the pump and a Circuit Breaker for the controls)
