Electrical Requirements
Please carefully review the following information prior to installation. Feel free to contact our office with any questions. Download printable instructions.

OMNI Environmental Systems, Inc. will supply the following:
  1. All of the pump(s) and floats.
  2. (1) Control Panel for the RSF system.
  3. (1) Installation Manual with color diagram explaining electrical connections.
  4. (1 hour) For consultation, setup, inspection and system startup.

The electrician supplies the following:
  1. (1) Electrical Handhole "flowerpot".
  2. (1) Krayloy 6"X 6"X 4" Weatherproof electrical Junction Box.
  3. Provide 1 1/4" conduit to pipe from the control panel to the junction box and then from the junction box to the recirculation tank riser that houses the pump(s) and floats.
  4. For outside mounting we request that the control panel be mounted on a 2"X10" pressure treated post placed at least 3-5 inches away from the dwelling. Placement of the control panel should be from 1-2 feet above the ground.

The Hand hole should be placed within 6" of finish grade level and should be relatively close to the Recirculation Tank cover.

INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS:

The electrician is required to accomplish the following tasks:
  1. Mount control panel on 2" X 10" Pressure Treated board. (Outside mounting only)
  2. Furnish and install 1 ¼" Conduit to pipe from the Junction box to the control panel and from the junction box to the Recirculation tank.
  3. Connect all "Hot" wires in the control panel (Using two separate Circuit Breakers (1) for the pump (15 amp) and (1) for the controls (15 amp) ).
  4. Connect all float and pump wires from the recirculation tank to the wires run from the control panel inside of the junction box with wire nuts, making sure the proper color wire corresponds with the proper float (either Low, Medium or High).
