OMNI Maintenance personnel are knowledgeable wastewater professionals and are certified by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) as Certified Wastewater Treatment Plant Operators.

Maintenance and Testing Contracts:

The process of signing up with OMNI for Operation, Maintenance, and Testing is extremely easy to do. An Operation and Maintenance or Testing contract can be sent to you, or it can be downloaded and printed out, upon reciept of the contract fill out all pertinent information, and select a payment option, sign and return one copy of the Contract(s) along with the first payment. If you wish to pay by credit card, please simply sign and return one copy of the Contract and you will be contacted by our office to setup your account.

Maintenance and Sampling Requirements:

Operation and maintenance visits are conducted on either a quarterly, semi-annual or annual basis for all I/A Systems. A completed Maintenance and Sampling Requirements Form must accompany all new contracts. If you are unsure of what your requirements are contact your local Board of Health for details.

Maintenance and Testing Services:

A Maintenance Visit Report is prepared each time a site visit is conducted. All visit reports are reported to the required authorties and copies are available at ftp.omnirsf.com for download. Maintenance Reports will include information on the systems condition at the time of the visit, any problems encountered, maintenance procedures or repairs performed and any recommendations to system owner. System owners are notified of all problems and recommendations for operation or system pumping.
