Property Transfer Policy
All OMNI Service Contracts are non-transferable. Each system owner must have their own valid contract in place. Payments from previous contracts may be applied to new contracts, at the request of the system owners involved in the transaction.

All contracts are non-transferable. All new System Owners are required to:
  • Have no past due OMNI accounts and/or charges;
  • Accounts for both transfer parties must be current; and
  • Review system information and requirements.
