To place an order for a system please contact OMNI with the following information:

1. Request Price Quote

• Provide OMNI with a copy of the Septic Design Plan;
• Specify if you are requesting additional OMNI Services (i.e. pressure dose construction);and
• Provide System Owner information.

2. Schedule Shipment

• Provide OMNI with a copy of the Final Septic Design Plan;
• Pay retainer as specified in the Price Quote; and
• Allow at least one week for turn-around time.
